 Utilization of Irrigation Potential  

 

Will the Minister of Irrigation and
Power be pleased to refer to the reply  given to Unstarred Question No 1403
on the 12th December, 1958 and state: 

 
 (a) whether the officers appointed by  the Central Government to report
whether irrigation potential in the country is fu lly utilised or not have
submitted their report,

 (b) 12 so, the recommendations  accepted by the Government; and
(c) the progress made m the imple mentation of these recommendations?

Reports concerning all the States have  been received and are under exami­
nation Certain statistical information  relating to some of these reports is
still awaited from these Special  officers
